Tumblr has made and official statement on twitter about what’s going on:
We’re committed to helping build a safe online environment for all users, and we have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to media featuring child sexual exploitation and abuse. As this is an industry-wide problem, we work collaboratively with our industry peers and partners like NCMEC to actively monitor content uploaded to the platform. Every image uploaded to Tumblr is scanned against an industry database of known child sexual abuse material, and images that are detected never reach the platform. A routine audit discovered content on our platform that had not yet been included in the industry database. We immediately removed this content. Content safeguards are a challenging aspect of operating scaled platforms. We’re continuously assessing further steps we can take to improve and there is no higher priority for our team.
Please please please, for the love of everything, stop spreading fear in our community. They are not purging your blogs for having NSFW content. If your blog gets deleted and you didn’t have any of the above mentioned content, or something that could be percived as such, then please contact Tumblr Support to regain your blog. They can be contacted via the form here.

It would just be nice if they communicated better. Maybe actually say this on their own platform, and actually say that they’ve turned on safe search for everyone at the moment so we don’t have to figure it out for ourselves, along with maybe explaining why and if it’ll be turned off.

She said be a good sport we are dressing up for a children’s charity, the kids are going to love your costume especially the thick diaper
Just before leaving for the fund raiser she sprung the baby buggy on him, right away he said no way, a little promise of sex later did it he got in.
When she had him in the buggy, she attached cable across his stomach, it went under his costume up across both of his shoulders where it locked.
That is when she started dressing him the rest of the way, bloomers came first then the bonnet and booties, mittens he threw the rattle a little glue fixed that
A very clever gag was next it looked like a binky but in fact was a blow up gag a few pumps with the detachable pump put an end to his noise.
At the end of it all she gave him and his buggy to a few guys she said I’m done with the jerk you can have the big baby she is yours.
Sissy gets his diaper changed
Since they caught him trying on his older sisters party dress, and wearing his younger sisters night time diapers, they haven’t stopped the sissy treatment.
They are keeping him diapered and in little girl dresses, most of the time in a baby carriage bought especially for him.
His sisters are having a great time they are taking him out in the carriage so his friends will see him.
Everyone in the small town knows about the teenage sissy baby who wets his diaper and messes his pants.
There have been threats to send him back to school this fall wearing his current wardrobe they have been discussing taking him to school in the carriage daily.
